Michael Elvin founded the firm in 1982 specialising in company law and commercial property transactions, areas in which he has 30 years practising experience. His recent and current work includes management buyouts, shareholders' agreements, and commercial property development. He is a keen sportsman and well known in the riding community.

Julia Elvin specialises in advising individuals and families in their need for legal advice on personal matters including property, wills, inheritance and estates.

Graham Hills provides litigation advice to the firm's commercial clients, both in Court proceedings and as to Director's responsibilities. He has over 25 years experience of managing a litigation department and has rights of audience in all higher courts. He acts in employment and family matters, and is instructed in regulatory matters by a number of government bodies.
