His recent and current work includes management buyouts, shareholders' agreements, and commercial property development. He is a keen sportsman and well known in the riding community.

Graham Hills provides litigation advice to the firm's commercial clients, both in Court proceedings and as to Director's responsibilities. He has over 25 years experience of managing a litigation department and has rights of audience in all higher courts. He acts in employment and family matters, and is instructed in regulatory matters by a number of government bodies.
